Privacy Policy

Students:

Every attempt will be made to keep all information given to us when you register with us (registration information) private, except from an employer you designate. This information, and your e-mail address, will not be shared with anyone else.

It is assumed that, with the exception of registration information and your e-mail address, all information posted here is intended for the public domain. Your training record, resume, and any other postings you may make will be available for anyone to view at any time. If you don't want address and phone number information on any posting you make here, don't include it.

One thing you can do, if you don't want your information public, is that you will have the ability for potential employers to e-mail you without them knowing your e-mail address or any other identifying information you haven't posted. If you designate a current employer however, all of the information you post, including registration information, will be available to your designated employer. You can remove the ability for your designated employer to see this information at any time. If you designate an employer, they will have the ability to add to your training record any company sponsored training not provided by LearningMeasure.com. You will not be able to edit any information entered by your employer, but you can designate that any information entered by your employer remain private.

Employers and Educators:

Anything you post is also considered in the public domain, as your employee/student training records are visible to the public. However, all information you post to your employee/student training record is not editable by him or her.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Regardless of later updates, we will never use the information you submit under this current policy in a new way without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prevent that use.
