Background
• Developed a Calibration Program for GOJO Industries. Performed Temperature, Pressure, Torque, Flow, Scale, Ultrasonic, and Dimensional, Calibrations. Improved Calibration Instruments. Developed Calibration SOP's. Trained Personal to Perform Calibrations.
American Society for Quality (ASQ), Section Leadership Committee responsible for the Fall Conference on Metrology, and conducting a hands-on calibration workshop.
Calibration and Documentation Manager for the initial QS9000 accreditation at the PPG Glass Technology Center.
Implementing new technologies and methods expanded my knowledge and understanding of new as well as existing processes.
Glass Service, of the Czech Republic, consulted with me about the potential establishment of a testing facility here in the United States. I traveled to the Czech Republic for a series of meetings that resulted in establishing a facility in China.
My strengths are detailed oriented; maintaining excellent customer relationships, both internal and external; interacting, building and maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction; able to perform in a calm and professional manner.
Experience in these various disciplines allows me to apply this knowledge to solve problems in both industry and research. I look forward to working or partnering with your organization.
