This course is a first in a series of courses on the SI units. The courses in this series are:
- MEAS102 - SI Units - The Second
- MEAS103 - SI Units - The meter
- MEAS104 - SI Units - The kilogram
- MEAS105 - SI Units - The Ampere
- MEAS106 - SI Units - The Kelvin
- MEAS107 - SI Units - The mole
- MEAS108 - SI Units - The candela
This covers some of the ASQ CCT body of knowledge, and is worth 0.2 Recertification Units (RU) towards ACQ CCT recertification.
The only prerequisite for this course is MEAS101. Most of this course is
accesible with an understanding of algebra. There is a section that
uses calculus, but it is there for reference, and is not required to pass the course.
